For Current Students
Your AIA Card is your student ID card. You will need it for:
- borrowing workstations
- exams as your ID
- graduation.
You can get your AIA Card any time after you have enrolled but it’s a good idea to arrange it as early as possible.
When your new card request has been submitted, you will need to wait upto ten (10) business days to receive collection email.
How to Order your AIA Card
Upon completion of enrolment, students are required to submit the request for the student ID card, along with the below:
- Photo, which must be:
- jpeg format
- maximum pixel height and width of 1024 x 1024
- maximum file size of 256 KB
- similar in style to a passport photo
- Scanned copy of supporting identification such as your passport or current driver’s licence
Need a replacement AIA Card?
If you lose, misplace or have your AIA Card stolen, you should immediately notify AIA Student Support on studentsupport@analyticsinstitute.edu.au , and apply for a replacement card.
A fee may be applied for issuing a replacement AIA Card.

If your card expires at the end of the current year, but you will be continuing your studies in the following year, you are required to contact AIA Student Support team.
A fee of $100 will be charged for your replacement AIA Card unless you have lost your card along with something of value and can show a Police report or statutory declaration.
You can still print or borrow workstation if you forget to bring your AIA Card with you.
Visit the Student Support team and provide your AIA Card number
If you no longer require your AIA Card, please hand it over to the Student Support team.
As the AIA Card includes personal information, it will be destroyed to protect your privacy.
