Learning Outcomes
    • ULO1: Analyse and identify organisations that demonstrate potential growth through the application of a CX approach.
    • ULO2: Improve and practice application of CX Strategy and implementation to a new organisation.
    • ULO3: Understand and apply the theories of CX Implementation & Measurement.
    • ULO4: Analyse and identify an area of CX improvement that demonstrates potential growth for a selected organisation.
    • ULO5: Improve and practice application of CX Design and implementation to a new CX improvement.
    • ULO6: Formulate a cohesive, industry-appropriate portfolio presentation that combines CX Strategy & Design implementation and measurement.

In this unit students will build on their understanding of CX Design & Strategy to learn and apply the process of CX implementation and measurement.

Using a case study organisation, students will undertake a high-level CX strategy and CX improvement design and then learn and apply the basics of implementation and measurement.

The unit will culminate in the development and presentation of a portfolio project that can be used by students as a resource for seeking CX-related employment following completion of the undergraduate degree.
