Unique Student Identifier (USI)

A USI is your individual education number for life. It also gives you an online record of your vocational education and training (VET) undertaken in Australia. Without a USI students will be ineligible for Commonwealth financial assistance or receive your qualification or statement of attainment

AIA Student ID Cards

Your AIA Card is your student ID card, which will be issued during your orientation.

Student Handbook

The AIA handbook contains course and unit information for all study periods including an overview of the subject, eligibility and requirements, assessment, dates and time and timetabling.

Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS)

Did you know? International students studying in Australia on a student visa are protected under the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act 2000.

National Student Ombudsman

The National Student Ombudsman (NSO) is a free and independent service for students to escalate complaints about the actions of their higher education provider. Students can contact the NSO:
