Organizations and individuals face increasing risks in acquiring, securing, and maintaining personal and corporate information. Technology innovators and business professionals must manage information ethically to gain competitive advantage with the digital shift. This unit aims to familiarize students with the ethical challenges and best practices in the context of applying computer and information technologies. Upon finishing this unit, students will be able to understand and apply the knowledge of digital ethics to practice business operations professionally and live an ethical life within global online communities.
