Student Support

The Analytics Institute provides support to students, helping them to thrive in tomorrow’s world. Higher Education can be challenging, and AIA understands this better.

AIA’s student support team is trained to help, whether you need support with getting started or just want to meet others.

Students with Disability

The Analytics Institute provide supports for students who need ongoing assistance with their studies.

We expect students who require ongoing support to have an open communication with staff including academic staff about the support needs and to regularly check their student email account and student portal for information and announcements.

For any extension requests before te assessment due date, students are requested to contact respective academic staff.

The Analytics Institute is proud to provide personalised advice by booking an individual appointment.

Our Student Support team is available 24/7, to help students who are in need.

Student Welfare & Wellbeing

You can get assistance from the AIA Student Services team in achieving your academic, professional, and personal objectives.

All of our students at AIA have access to our extensive experience and knowledge in the areas of academic, language, and study skills support at no additional cost.

While Academic assistance classes are presented regularly and available to all students without an appointment, other assistance sessions, such as appointments with one of our skilled Academic Mentors, are offered as needed and requested by students.

For more information about these services, please get in touch with the AIA student services team.

The Analytics Institute is committed to students’ personal safety and wellbeing too.
